Background
Funded by the " HYAB JC Scheme for Youth Life Planning (2025-28)," the three-year "Sail With You — Youth Career Life Development" project officially launched in September 2025. We walk alongside over 2,600 students, teachers, and parents from 11 secondary schools and schools for social development to jointly promote youth career and life development.

Based on the "Youth Development and Intervention Framework," the program intervenes through three levels—"New Relationships, New Experiences, and New Identities"—to accompany students on a comprehensive journey of growth, encompassing self-exploration, horizon-broadening, and building connections.
